Finding land entry information from the legal land description

Stillman Pollard owned 160 acres in South Dakota described as "the NW¼ of Section 11, Township 121N, Range 60W." This land was entered in South Dakota Tract Book, Volume 38, which contained Townships 123-124, Range 57 and Townships 121-124, Ranges 58-62.

The entry under NW¼ Sect 11 - 121N 60W contained this information: "T.C.E. [timber culture entry], 160 A[cres], $10, Stillman Pollard, 17 Nov 1883, no. 1318, Aberdeen Series [Land office], F.C. No. 203 [Certificate number], 7 July 1892." This is all the information necessary to request a copy of the original file.
