15. On 3/26/2001 Shane McMahon announces that he has purchased WCW. Though it is quite some time before Helms defends his title again, the "new" WCW is recognizing most of the titles that were in place at the time of the purchase.
16. X-Pac is also the WWF Light Heavyweight Champion. Declared as "Unified" Champion, but loses the WWF title a week later to Tajiri; Wins another "Unification" match against Tajiri on 8/19/2001. Loses the WCW Cruiserweight title, but keeps the WWF Lightweight Title, on 10/9/2001.
17. Tajiri is a WWF wrestler. This becomes the WWF Cruiserweight Title after WWF defeats WCW during a PPV event on 11/18/01. This title replaces the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship, which unofficially ceased to exist on 03/19/2002 when X-Pac returned to the WWF, without the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship, after a long absence.
