1. This was the last of three matches to determine the Undisputed Champion (Steve Austin def. Kurt Angle [for the WWF World Championship]; Jericho def. Rock [for the World Championship {formerly WCW World Championship}]; Jericho def. Austin [for the NEW Undisputed Championship]).
2. This is HHH's 5th WWF Championship reign and 1st Undisputed Championship reign.
3. This is Hogan's 6th WWF Championship reign, 7th WCW Championship reign, and 1st Undisputed Championship reign.
4. This is Undertaker's 4th WWE Championship reign and 1st Undisputed Championship reign.
5. Rob Van Dam pinned The Undertaker and was announced as the new champion. However, Raw owner Ric Flair declared that the match should continue, due to Undertaker's foot being on the rope during the original pinfall. Undertaker quickly pinned RVD to retain the title.
6. This match was a Triple Threat Match versus Kurt Angle and The Undertaker. Rock pinned Angle to win the match and the title. This is The Rock's 7th WWE Championship reign, 3rd WCW Championship reign, and 1st Undisputed Championship reign.
7. Brock Lesnar defeated The Rock for the WWE Undisputed Championship at Summerslam 2002. Shortly thereafter, Stephanie McMahon ruled that, as a member of the Smackdown roster, Lesnar could only defend the title on Smackdown. Eric Bischoff then reinstated the World Championship as the World title for the Raw roster, and awarded the title to HHH. Thus, Lesnar's formerly Undisputed Title was, again, disputed. I have calculated Lesnar's Undisputed Championship reign from Summerslam 2002 until the reinstatement of the World Title.
