Notes:
1. Brock Lesnar defeated The Rock for the WWE Undisputed Championship at Summerslam 2002. Shortly thereafter, Stephanie McMahon ruled that, as a member of the Smackdown roster, Lesnar could only defend the title on Smackdown. Eric Bischoff then reinstated the World Championship as the World title for the Raw roster, and awarded the title to HHH. Thus, Lesnar's formerly Undisputed Title was, again, disputed.
In reality, the lineage of the WCW World title would be found in the WWE (Smackdown) World Heavyweight Championship. However, the Raw World Title is being portrayed as the old WCW World Title.
HHH defeated Intercontinental Champion Kane in a Title Unification match at No Mercy to become the World Champion and absorb the Intercontinental Championship.
2. This was an Elimination Chamber match vs. HHH, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, Chris Jericho and Kane.
3. This was a triple-threat match, also involving Kane.
4. Chris Benoit made Triple H submit in a Triple Threat Match also involving Shawn Michaels.
5. Both Chris Benoit and Edge were declared winners in a Triple Threat Match with Triple H taking place on 29-Nov-2004 in Baltimore, MD. On the 06-Dec-2004 edition of Raw, Vince McMahon declared that the title was vacant and Triple H was no longer the champion.
6. Triple H defeated Randy Orton in an Elimination Chamber match also involving Batista, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, and Edge.
