Her father's obit states he had daughter Eloa Griffen, other documentation including mother's obit shows a daughter as Elva Koontz. A Elva Melinda Koontz has data posted at the LDS Church site on this Reisinger family. The LDS web page shows a son of James Reisinger as William Edgar Koontz, born Aug 8, 1910 at Vinton County, Ohio, died Jul 15 1959 at Columbus, Ohio and buried Glen Rest Cemetery, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Now, Alva may be a daughter of of this William but why would she be pointed out as a daughter of Eunice Grover Reisinger in Eunice's obit !!! Do you suppose she is actually Eloa/Elva Reisinger & married a KOONTZ & thus be a daughter-in-law

Her name was shown as Mrs. Elva Parshall in her brother James' obituary, thus she apparently married several times

I have an obit for a William Koontz & it shows wife Elva, thus I am changing her name from Eloa to Elva

Another mystery, per James' obit, he was survived by five daughters and two sons, per the report at LDS, it shows 3 daughters & 5 sons, most unnamed, just sex shown!

Reisinger, James A. (b. 6 JUN 1916, d. 19 JUN 1939)

Note: He was in the US Navy, his parents were notified by a telegram that he was killed in a traffic accident from the Commanding Officer of the US Medussa sent through the Navy Department. The telegram bore no other information. He was to come home on July 1st & the parents were preparing for a homecoming with him then.

He was laid to rest at the Springbank Cemetery, Yellow Bud, Ross County, Ohio
