Baltimore City Nineteenth-Century Photos

This photo has been submitted by Louis Diggs, historian and author of several works on African-American communities in Maryland. The image of Alexander Frazier was made by an unknown studio in Baltimore and probably dates from the late 19th or early 20th century. Note the fraternal pin (Masons ?) on his left lapel.
