the inscription on the back states:

Charles Edward Krafft
19 months, 1899
2119 Pennsylvania Ave.
Balto., Md.

He is probably the son of Walter S. and Annie Kraft
whose 4-year old son is included in their household
in the 1900 census of Baltimore City.
