Baltimore City Nineteenth-Century Photos

Mr and Mrs Masson

These photos are from a Civil War era photo album in the family
of our contributor Terry Baker. The photos (carte-de-visites) are identified only as
Mr. and Mrs. Mason. Census research suggests that the likely subjects are
John and Sarah Masson The Massons had a daughter Ida who was 8, making her born around
1861-62. John was 45 in 1870, and Sarah was 37.
