Baltimore City Nineteenth-Century Photos

This is part of a cabinet card that had been cut down to fit into a frame. On the back, the unidentified photographer's inventory number is provided as 23928 as well as the following partial information:
Mr. H. Morrison, 624 S. Payson St., Balto., Md.

Written in another hand and in another direction is:
...ward Morrison, ..ken the age of 24 ye... in the year 19..

Unfortunately, the picture had been cut down after the inscription was made, thus explaining the cryptic text.
