Baltimore City Nineteenth-Century Photos

This photo breaks all the rules that I"ve set out
for Baltimore City Nineteenth-Century photos!

It is not labelled, it has no photo studio logo,
I don't even know for certain that it is from Baltimore.
However, it was found with the Smoot photos
and it's just such a great picture, I have to include it.

This is unique precisely because it is not a studio image.
It's been made on someone's front stoop
(typical Baltimore white marble steps),
probably by a traveling photographer.

And does it have attitude!
Looks to be a young couple from the 1890s.
