The Memphis Knights of Saint Andrew is happy to make available its approved & ratified Constitution and Bylaws for those who may find them of interest. This page has now been updated to include them in their current (with the ratified amendments applied) form.

These documents DO include all the revision (amendments) that have been approved by the Chapter and ratified by the SGIG. We currently have several pending Amendments to the Bylaws that will be voted upon at the December 30, 2008, Annual and Stated Meeting.
