Rowley: Homer TWP, section 2
The Rowley Cemetery was established in 1875 when J.E. Hawley began selling burial lots on the land. The site was purchased as by a committee for the citizens of Rowley and vicinity. In 1975 an acre of land was purchased to extend the cemetery farther north. The present Sec'y-Treas. is Allene Angelow, Rowley, Iowa. (This was in 1980.)
