The words on this page are my own. The lists of ingredients were typed by me and researched by me, using the resources discussed on my web page How I check for Salicylates in topical products .
It has come to my attention that the information I have worked hard to provide here has been shamelessly harvested by others and included on their web pages without acknowledging where they got the information from.
In my humble opinion, this is extremely rude behaviour.
If you read identical, or very similar, wording on another site, that is a copy. If there is no acknowledgement of the source of the information included on that site, the ethics of the people practicing this behaviour should be questioned.
I do not knowingly quote other people without acknowledging the source.

This is my own list. Every time I buy a product, whether I have previously checked it or not, I run through the ingredients and make sure the product does not have salicylates in it. This procedure is made simpler by having the following list to check against.
I am making my list, with the ingredients listed, available here to aid anyone who is starting out on the guaifenesin protocol in New Zealand, or is looking for a new product, as most lists of products available are USA-based, where formulations may be different. All items were purchased from a supermarket, unless stated otherwise. If you use this list, please check the ingredients for yourself before using the product. I am not responsible for any alterations to formulas, the ingredients listed below are as I found them.
All ingredients listed below have been confirmed to be salicylate-free (or at least so low in salicylates that it should not be a concern). If you think you have blocked on one of these products WITH THE IDENTICAL INGREDIENTS please contact me.

I obtained the ingredients for the Palmolive products by calling their Consumer Information Service (call free on 0800 441 740 in NZ, 1800 025 800 in Australia) and was sent lists of the ingredients in each of these products. Ingredients are not listed on the bottles. When buying dishwashing liquid of *any* brand, check wording on the bottle for 'improvements' such as Tea Tree, Lemon, Lavender or Aloe; these are salicylates and not okay to use with the protocol unless you wear gloves while using the product to protect yourself from contact.
