Charles Wilbur ‘Chuck’ Jones,
78, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011, in
Henderson, Nev.
He was born on Feb. 7, 1933, in Kingsport, Sullivan Co Tenn., to the late
James Rivers and Lavada Ozell Barrett Jones.
He is preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Robin Louise
Jones; and brother, Lloyd Wayne Jones.
Charles is survived by his wife, Patsy Blevins Jones, of Henderson, Nev.;
daughters, Linda (Steve) Powell, of Pleasant Grove, Utah, and Karen
(Kevin) Ramsey, of Tooele, Utah; his son, Charles Wesley Jones, of
Olympia; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Nina
Jones, of Kingsport, Tenn; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Charles had requested that no funeral service be held.
