Wayne Kimbler

Stacy Wayne Kimbler, age 73, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, TN.

He retired from Kingsport Press after 30 years of service. He served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of D.A.V.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Janie Renfro Kimbler and his son, Timothy Kimbler.

He is survived by his sons, Stacy Andrew Kimbler and Travis Wayne Kimbler both of Kingsport; three granddaughters, Amanda, Alayna and Trinity; sister, Eva Collins and husband Fred of Kingsport. He is further survived by several cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Greg DePriest officiating.

Graveside services will follow in Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
