Dave and Denise don't have any children except for the 4-legged kind, as you can see above. We do have 2 very special nieces and 3 very special nephews though - and lots of wonderful friends. We live in rural Ohio where Dave was born and raised. Denise was raised in rural Missouri. We are all BUCKEYES now and we love the country life! In addition to adding Baby Girl, Tigger Sue, and Tazzy to our family, we have foster parented and always seem to attract the strays. Even without children of our own, we have a big "family" - which include those related by blood and those related by stronger ties. We've been scanning some pictures to show online and are just beginning our family pictures webpage. It is a work in progress, but let us know what you think! Just in case concrete geese are not your pets of choice, we'd love to share with you pictures of our other pets. We are currently the proud parents of six "children", three boys and three girls. We have two bunnies, Lars and Bernice and four dogs, Sloopy, Baby Girl, Tigger Sue, and Tazzy. Read about all 6 and our puppy dog fosters on our Pet-a-rama page.
Music is very important to both Dave and Denise. Dave is a long time Metallica fan club member and has loved that kind of music for years. Recently he's started getting into Christian Rock, especially Decyfer Down, as well as spending time listing to Daughtry. Denise has enjoyed all sorts of music over the years - rock, country, Christian, etc. She's enjoyed Christian Rock for years, and is glad to have Dave to go to concerts with now. Her Missouri roots make her a fan of southern rock and homegrown rock, like that of Missouri natives Bottle Rockets. (Denise went to college with the drummer.)
Genealogy Denise has been involved in online genealogy research since 1997. In fact, it was through the work with the USGenWeb project that Denise originally learned HTML and started doing web pages. The plan is to start putting Dave & Denise's family histories on this website. A lot of information has been gathered, but only one family page is ready to go.
